Meet Dr. Ernesto Leon

Dr. Leon was born in Santa Clara, Cuba. He considers himself a true believer in the power of smiling. Dr. Leon attended Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL where he received his Doctor in Medical Dentistry degree. He has received several awards, including being in the DEAN’s honor list at Miami Dade College and Florida International University. He is also member of the PHI BETA KAPPA honor society since 2012. Dr. Leon speaks English and Spanish fluently and is a member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association. Dr. Leon comes from a family that has always been attached to the medical field. As a teenager Dr. Leon was sure he wanted to be a doctor but he also enjoyed a lot working with his hands. Due to that reasons, he realized that as a dentist he was going to be able to be a doctor and help people with his hands at the same time.
